For the last hour this Dog
Has been grooming this Bug..
He caught it in flight and I thought he ate the thing.
Nope.. He’s just been screwing it.

Like a chicken on a June bug...
Black labs are the sweetest damn dogs. Meet ebony! She’s 12 and has been here for me through some shit.
Also what’s the story with the tractor? Looks like fun.

She’s a cutie.
Dogs are just so awesome. So much unconditional love.
Give her a hug from me please.
Thanks in advance mate.

I completely agree. I truly don’t understand cultures that don’t value dogs as the companions that they are. I shall give her an extra hug for you indeed, she deserves the love.
Unfortunately she had a seizure lasting about 10 minutes a month ago (I cried like a school girl, no shame here) and has suffered some brain damage. Shes only made noise such as barking or talking once since (she was always very vocal), and has been a little on and off as far as being all together, but she’s making a bit of a recovery and we are hopeful that she’ll be with us for another year or two. I truly hope so as she’s like another sibling to me. I got her at the age of ten right after my sister passed away. (Normally I don’t share my problems but it’s Oppo, you guys are generally accepting, not to mention weve conversed a few times, and I’ve had a few shots tonight so fuck it).

I ‘liked’ your post but for the most part I didn’t if you know what I mean.
I’m so incredibly sorry for the loss of your sister and the unfortunate situation Ebony is in. I hope Ebony makes a great recovery.
Tell Ebony to give you a hug from me too. We all need a hug from time to time and I think you need one now.
There is never shame in crying. Crying is a healthy natural response.
Take care both of you. Enjoy every moment okay.

My girlfriend and I (another animal lover) have been trying to make the best for Ebony in her old age. I have been enjoying every extra moment I get with this old gal, and will continue till the end.
Really appreciate the kind words. Truly. You’re a good guy my friend, we need more people like you over in the US! If your travels ever bring you to this side of the pond, pay a visit to boring ol’ Oregon and do give me a shout.

Will do my friend, will do. And if you ever happen to visit the U.K. And boring ol’Cumbria I hope you’ll hit me up also.
Life is amazing but it can also be so cruel, we just have to embrace the best bits and remember them when the dark clouds pass over.

Absolutely. I actually am hoping to visit there sometime with some extra cash to bring home a car. Maybe a lotus Eclat, or a lancia montecarlo, anything TVR? Grass is always greener on the other side as they say. Hopefully I’ll be in a good enough potion within a couple years. Already got my passport!
And truer words haven’t been spoken. Got to take the bad with the good.

Cumbria isn’t much for cars (though many car rallies start here and the world’s oldest motorbike rally starts here) but has history (Norse, Roman, etc...) and Blackpool the home of TVR is just down the road (60 miles) and M-Sport Ford rally car makers are 23 miles from me.
In the meantime keep checking carandclassic.co.uk so many awesome cars at non ridiculous prices.

Well the history part certainly grabs my interest (nord/fin here. No upper eyelids. Been asked if I was part Asian even though im whiter than snow more than a few times) and 60 miles is a trip for a nice dinner for us rural Americans so all is good there.
I certainly will keep an eye on the international market. Hopefully something rhd will be coming home with me soon!
Have a good day my man. Clean a nice Euro in Ebony’s name for me! ;)

Will do but first I’m off up the wooden hills to Bedfordshire to let my magic pillow take me off to the land of nod to catch some zzzz’s.
It’s 8am here and I usually stay up to natter with you good folk across the pond.
Hugs to you, your good lady and Ebony. Sweet dreams.
